Children will have opportunities to learn the story of why the Peggy remained undisturbed for over 100 years and why it was such an important ship, hear and read fascinating stories of the life of Captain George Quayle, look at the Sail maker’s Loft and the tools of the trade, visit the Cabin Room built in the form of a naval warship of Nelson’s day and locate the secret trap doors, hidey-holes and panels that are built into the museum.
